Water Drakka without fur live in the Radiant sea, which is warm and tropical. The Water Drakka with fur live near the north and south poles. They don't have fire breath, they have electric shocks like an electric eel. They have both lungs and gills to breathe above and below the water. They live in pods and are very social unlike mountain drakka who just live in small family groups.
