The World of Arret

Yorvin live in the same world as the drakka, but they live in the mountain valleys below the drakka's snowy peaks. They are herd beasts and live in groups of 10 to 30 animals. They are omnivores and will sometimes hunt in packs. The males have large antlers for defending their females and can use their ice breath to freeze a predator. Only males have ice breath. Females can have small antlers or none. Markings are more restricted with this species, they always have matching socks, manes, and tails. They have only one fawn at a time and the males and females both actively participate in raising their young.
